Refund policy

It is possible to return your order within 14 days after the delivery of the item.

1 . Send an e-mail requesting the return to info@panymar.com specifying the order number, the name under which it was placed, and the reason for the return.

2. Proceed with shipping the item you intend to return in its original, intact, unused, complete packaging to:

3.  Your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to the card you used at the time of purchase.

4. If after this timeframe you still have not received your refund, do not be alarmed and contact us by sending an e-mail to info@panymar.com

 

We advise you to use a tracked shipment or we will be unable to process the refund in case of loss of the package.
